Customer support and case tracking, simplified

Every customer question gets an answer, and nothing sits unread.

Stop losing support requests to shared inboxes and DMs.

SupportTrak is built around the way support actually works: one queue, a clear status per case, and a record of what was said and when.

📥

Shared Case Inbox

Every customer request lands in one queue instead of scattered emails and Slack DMs, so nothing gets missed.

🔗

Customer-Facing Tracking

Customers get a link to follow their own case status, without needing a login or a reply chain to check on it.

💬

Internal & Customer Notes

Keep internal notes separate from customer replies on the same case, so context stays organized either way.

🧪

Beta Feedback Queue

Collect bug reports, suggestions, and confusing-UI notes from beta testers in the same place as support cases.

🏷️

Status & Priority

Track new, open, waiting-on-customer, resolved, and closed, with priority flags for anything urgent.

🔐

Multi-User, Multi-Tenant Access

Support teams and multiple organizations with owner, admin, and agent roles built in.

🧾

Audit Trail

Every case update and status change is logged, so reviewing what happened doesn't mean asking around.

A better workflow for support cases

Know what's open, what's waiting, and what needs a reply.

SupportTrak turns scattered support requests into a queue you can review quickly, update consistently, and hand off without losing context.

Filter by status

Quickly focus on new cases, cases waiting on a customer, or anything still unresolved.

See queue health at a glance

Priority flags help you spot urgent cases before they go too long without a reply.

Keep the full history attached

Messages, internal notes, and status changes all stay on the same case record.

1
Customer submits a case

A request comes in and lands in your shared inbox, ready to be picked up.

2
Your team replies and tracks status

Move it through new, open, and waiting-on-customer as the conversation goes.

3
Customer follows along

They can check case status with a link, no login or reply chain required.

4
Resolve and review

Close it out and use the audit trail if you ever need to see what happened.

Now accepting support team beta testers.

🎯

Built from real support queues

The beta is focused on practical day-to-day case handling, not unnecessary complexity.

SupportTrak Beta Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
Version 1.0. Beta program end date: December 31, 2026.

1. The parties. This agreement is between Tags Development Solutions, which operates SupportTrak, and you, the beta participant. It applies from the day you are given access until the beta program end date shown above, and the confidentiality obligations continue for two years after that date.

2. What is confidential. Confidential information means non-public information either side shares in connection with the beta. From us, that includes unreleased features, screens, pricing under consideration, product plans, and anything you are shown that is not on the public website. From you, that includes your support case, customer, and case-history information, and any other business information you enter or send to us.

3. How each side must treat it. Each side agrees to keep the other's confidential information private, to use it only for the purpose of running and evaluating the beta, and to protect it with at least the same care it uses for its own confidential information.

4. What is not covered. Information that is already public, that you already knew before the beta, that you receive from someone else who is free to share it, or that you develop independently. Either side may also disclose information if required by law, after giving the other side notice where it is lawful to do so.

5. Your data stays yours. We claim no ownership of the support case, customer, or message information you enter. We will not sell it, and we will not share it with anyone outside Tags Development Solutions except as needed to operate the service. You may ask us to delete your beta data at any time.

6. Feedback. Feedback you give us about SupportTrak may be used to improve the product without restriction or payment. Feedback is not treated as your confidential information unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

7. No obligation. The beta is provided as is, with no warranty and no commitment that any feature will ship. Either side may end participation at any time, in writing, and the confidentiality obligations above continue anyway.

8. Nothing else changes hands. This agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or exclusivity, and it does not transfer any license or intellectual property beyond the access needed to use SupportTrak during the beta.

By checking the box below you confirm that you have read this agreement and agree to it, and that you are authorized to accept it for yourself or your business.
